Ars Electronica Festival

Ars Electronica Festival takes place from 4 to 8 September 2024 in Linz.

The festival promoting new media art. First held in 1979, it provides an exciting platform to explore the interconnections between social issues and digital technologies. Where do the visions end – and where does reality begin? Symposia, workshops, performances, exhibitions and artworks will be delving into the questions surrounding a future, man-made artificial intelligence. The objective is to reflect on our weaknesses and strengths. Because what makes us human?
